Starting here because the unresolved issue we’ve had is now being dragged out. My wife Natalie came here to get treatment for a recently performed root canal by another dentist. This is the kind of business you must avoid. I came here for an assessment. Did CT and upon leaving the office, the front desk insisted that I would do my bite xrays too. Technicians said not necessary but the front desk insisted I guess she had already created the invoice and didnt want to revise it! So we did it...fast forward, to 2 weeks ago, I have called, emailed and left VMs to receive a copy of my bite xrays. Well called twice and were told: you dont have any xrays here! I just love this office, their professionalism and making me feel as part of a family. I am amazed of the knowledge and upmost care Dr. Amy has given me. In my consultation for implants she spent more than 45 minutes explaining her findings and showed me on my xrays, it was so neat you can see everything i believed she call it a cb ct scan. Dentist left me in months of pain by using a technique of extraction that should only be used on molars. Instead of pushing tooth forward and back and a twisting motion, the tooth next to the extracted tooth was used as leverage and the gums between teeth pushed down which damaged the periodontal ligament. I'm now needing to have that tooth removed or continue being in pain.
