I’ve had a few physiotherapy sessions here and it’s been a great experience. The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The staff are friendly and always make you feel comfortable. Dr. Jeremy is my physiotherapist, and he truly knows his work. He explains everything clearly, listens to concerns, and provides treatments that actually help. I’m very happy with the care I’ve received and would definitely recommend this place.
You are packed in a small building with 30 plus people. Who do not clean or wipe any equipment when done. Selfish. No room to do your therapy. Next to no 1 on 1. Nor guidance. They show you once. And they do not check on ur progress. I've asked several times for more exercises and or if I can lift and do more. ( over the course of 2 months ) there was an incident where another client boxed in my car illegally. Got abusive. And threatening. ( all over a parking spot where i was parked legally ) he was not. Manvir is really really nice! I was in a car accident and had ankle, shoulder and wrist pain and his active rehab exercises helped me a lot. He's really friendly and knowledgeable and will make sure you feel comfortable throughout all the treatments:)
Never seen this kind a unprofessional place before nobody ever told me about about my excerise, progress and pain management they only here to billing our insurance company and make them happy by applying their orders while don’t care about patients currently situation as well as ignoring their limitations and mobility
If more people spoke up about this place and there worksafe experiences.. they wouldnt have a 4.5star rating. Be careful, not the most trustworthy place. Bad parking, over crowded, dirty facility. Facilty packed to make money. Not focus on people's recovery. Dont know how some people sleep at night when they are ruining other humans lives on a daily basis. Maybe the few they help make it ok.
