I’ve been attending this office for almost 30 Years now back when Dr. Lunn was there. Dr. Fonseca and her staff are always super friendly and very professional. I keep Coming back even though I don’t live in vancouver anymore. Highly reccomend.
Dr Gustafson is highly skilled, and a great listener. Between him and his assistant, I was well cared for and left with better teeth than I showed up with. Highly recommend.
Recptn was welcoming on my arrvl, provided clear info on momentary wait time for hygienist to guide me to station for initial treatments. Hygienist provided clear & concise info & instructions for my head positions in the treatment chair ( head tilt to L/R); provided brief info of sequence of treatments ( ie., … using water spray & suction during cleaning, … floss, … measure gum recession, …) then call Dntst for exam. Dntst completed thorough & soft manipulation of mandible sides, hinges, lower jaw regions. +++ experience.
Love my new dental clinic and all the staff that I’ve met so far. I’ve always been anxious when it’s time for a dental clean, but Chris put me at ease with her calm nature and the more gentle methods she utilized for getting rid of tartar. I was also really impressed with the raft of assessments done as a new patient, and the use of technology that was not as invasive as I’d previously experienced. I’ve been going to Birch Dental for the last 3 years and don’t have enough good things to say. Dr. Fonseca is world class. Can’t recommend Birch enough!
