Love my new dental clinic and all the staff that I’ve met so far. I’ve always been anxious when it’s time for a dental clean, but Chris put me at ease with her calm nature and the more gentle methods she utilized for getting rid of tartar. I booked online an alternate appointment for 6-month cleaning, ahead of original apptmnt. Date & time worked well for my ever changing schedule. Receptnst was pleasant & accommodating , dental hygienist was pleasant, prompt, thorough & professional in completing procedures. Added 3 X-rays to update my profile, performed cleaning as expedient as possible (with no discomfort), & tolerated my dozing-off, while tending to the cleaning tasks. Full credit to recptn & burnet for job well done.

From entering the office to leaving, booking followup care and exploring ways to maximize your extended coverage, this office is flawless. Staff are experienced, knowledgeable and truly a pleasure to work with. Dr. Fonseca has such in depth knowledge of complex dental health and treatment it is truly amazing. As a physician with knowledge of superior health care, this office is exemplary.

I have continued going to Birch Dental for years as they have always been priced within the fee guide thus 100% eligible for reimbursement. However, they have increased their prices by as much as 30% on some services, which all now exceed the fee guide. If you are expecting the same coverage as before, you may be surprised! Besides that, they clean my teeth and answer questions.

The clinic increased their price by 5%. They now charge more than the 2024 British Columbia General Practitioner Dental Association fee guide, which means you won't get 100% reimbursement from the insurance provider. Something to be mindful about. Other than that, the staff and dentists have been great.
