I appreciate that this clinic was able to see me on very short notice. During the appointment, Dr. Gustafson was incredibly efficient, detail-oriented, and fixed my dental issue better than I could’ve expected. The price of the service was fair, and the office was transparent about the insurance process and exam fee. I would highly recommend this clinic and dentist to anyone.

I’ve been attending this office for almost 30 Years now back when Dr. Lunn was there. Dr. Fonseca and her staff are always super friendly and very professional. I keep Coming back even though I don’t live in vancouver anymore. Highly reccomend.

Dr Gustafson is highly skilled, and a great listener. Between him and his assistant, I was well cared for and left with better teeth than I showed up with. Highly recommend.

Recptn was welcoming on my arrvl, provided clear info on momentary wait time for hygienist to guide me to station for initial treatments. Hygienist provided clear & concise info & instructions for my head positions in the treatment chair ( head tilt to L/R); provided brief info of sequence of treatments ( ie., … using water spray & suction during cleaning, … floss, … measure gum recession, …) then call Dntst for exam. Dntst completed thorough & soft manipulation of mandible sides, hinges, lower jaw regions. +++ experience.

I’ve been going to Birch Dental for the last 3 years and don’t have enough good things to say. Dr. Fonseca is world class. Can’t recommend Birch enough!
