The staff there are friendly and kind. I Have had 2 separate dental hygienists, both of which were gentle and thorough. They also play good music , subjective I know but I enjoyed it !
The clinic increased their price by 5%. They now charge more than the 2024 British Columbia General Practitioner Dental Association fee guide, which means you won't get 100% reimbursement from the insurance provider. Something to be mindful about. Other than that, the staff and dentists have been great.
The Staff at Birtch Dental are fantastic. The hygienist is thorough but gentle and Dr Fonseca is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to answer any questions I had and never made me feel rushed.
I’ve been going to this dentist office for years. Great staff, great dentist, very professional office. Highly recommended!
Compassionate, patient, reassuring, and kind dentist and staff. Besides which, Dr. Gustafson does excellent work! As do the hygienists. I am so thankful to have found this wonderful dental office! P.S. Many thanks to all of you...from Val.
