Booked the one bedroom slope side room for a group of four. Ski in/out, located conveniently right on Blackcomb mountain. The view from the room was lovely, see the photo included for our view on the 4th floor. The pool and two large hot tubs were the main reason why we booked a room here. The surroundings were beautiful; it really felt as though we were in a forest surrounded by the snow dusted trees as we soaked in the pools. The property was clean and well maintained, staff were helpful and quick to deliver extra suppl... read more

We had a great stay at Blackcomb Springs Suites. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of snowboarding. The staff were very kind and accommodating, allowing us to use the hot tub after checkout since we were heading back to the mountain. We also appreciated the sofa bed service. It is a bit far from the village, but the free shuttle right outside makes it very accessible.

Blackcomb and Whistler Mountain are absolutely phenomenal—but I have to be honest: the hotels and the village are not. The hotel we stayed at wasn’t even a true resort. They don’t serve breakfast, there’s no restaurant or bar on-site, yet they still pile on numerous taxes and the parking fee alone is almost half the price of the nightly room rate. Keep that in mind: no breakfast, no dining options, no resort amenities, but plenty of extra charges. On top of that, parking fees in the village are everywhere. I even ended up w... read more

This hotel is good if you want to be close to the mountain and make use of the convenient skiing location, but not great for a relaxing get away. The staff does not appear well trained. 1.Booked a mountain view suite. Got a view of the Forrest and caul-de sac right in frojt of the bus stop, with a tiny mountain view. 2. Someone from the staff barged in while I was being half naked at around 10pm. 3. Rooms are dated, couch, bed and pillows were uncomfortable. 4. On checkout day we wanted to use the hot tub, but staff opened i... read more

The room was pretty nice though there was an issue with the bathtub faucet, staff were very kind, accommodating and pleasant. The aquatic centre is also quite decent. I’d say the gym and game room was very bad, alright for cardio, besides that 2 adjustable benches and a small rack of dumbbells. The location overall has a bit of an old slightly run down appearance in some ways. I’d say could use some solid updating, carpets at least and a proper squat rack, barbell and plates would alone make me give a 4/5 instead of a 3/5. N... read more
