Today was my first time here and I was met with such kindness and empathy. It was the first clinic I have that been to that there was an adorable dog present. I struggle with odontophobia so this was such a pleasant surprise and the sweet pup was very comforting. If you have any anxiety or difficulty with dental work, I highly recommend coming here. They were so lovely and patient with me. Thank you so much. See you next week!

I had a very disappointing experience at Cadboro Bay Dental. As a new patient, I came in for an initial exam and cleaning. The hygienist began by taking mandatory x-rays, which required holding an uncomfortable device in my mouth. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. I was initially told my 90-minute appointment would cover the entire cleaning and exam, but they only completed a quarter of the cleaning, lasting about 60 minutes, and then billed for a longer duration. Very impressed with the service and professionalism. Had my 8 yr old son in for some minor work. He was a little nervous but the staff were great and all went smoothly. Definitely recommend.
