I usually put off going to the dentist because, to be honest, I really dislike being pressured or oversold on unnecessary treatments or products and not trusting at times whether I really need to have something done or not. Brought my 3 and 5yo there and had the most wonderful experience ever. The staff were absolutely amazing with kids, my 3yo cried and screamed non-stop at another dentist but was happy and relaxed at Caddy Bay Dental, seriously made this mamas life so much easier. The dogs were very well behaved and such a plus to our dentist visit, made our day!
I’ve been going here since 2019 through their UVic student program (which is brilliant, by the way). I now live in the core of downtown Vic but I refuse to change dentists because these folks are so incredible. Great atmosphere, gentle work, and innovative approach. The office dog is also a plus.
Always kind, caring, and knowledgeable! I love the emotional support dogs they have (such a comforting touch). The free parking is a great bonus. My cleaning was gentle, and they were able to fit me in on the spot for a new retainer and even replaced a button on my bottom metal bar/retainer. 10/10 recommend!
