A beautiful office with the most lovely staff and team of professionals, Cadboro Bay Dental gives a peaceful and welcoming energy as soon as you walk through the door! We love Joanna at the front desk and the four legged greeters! We’re thankful to the kindest hygienists who take such wonderful care of our kiddos every time they visit! It takes a special team to make such a great dental experience! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!
When a business's average rating on Google is 5-stars, I pay attention... and I am so glad I did! There is something special about this place. Familial, warm, caring, modern... the adjective list could run pretty long. I had an excellent first visit and I am VERY happy to consider myself one of their clients now!
Cadboro Bay Dental is by far the most thorough and friendly practice I have ever visited. I have visited twice in the past week and the receptionist Amanda found me perfect appointment slots to fit my schedule. Although it was my first visit, the staff treated me like they'd known me for years with genuine interest in a positive and relaxed atmosphere. By far the best dentist out there! Been going for around 3 years, and the friendly staff and calm atmosphere make for the best possible experience. It is clear that everyone at the office cares about their patients, and are ready to hear concerns and offer helpful solutions. If I ever move out of town, I would make the commute!
Don’t go here if you use Canadian Dental Care plan. Even with 100% coverage you pay 90$ for a check in because their prices are so much higher. Other dentists are NOT this expensive. The front desk staff don’t really know whats happening and told me beforehand I shouldnt have to pay.
