Today was my first time here and I was met with such kindness and empathy. It was the first clinic I have that been to that there was an adorable dog present. I struggle with odontophobia so this was such a pleasant surprise and the sweet pup was very comforting. If you have any anxiety or difficulty with dental work, I highly recommend coming here. I had a very disappointing experience at Cadboro Bay Dental. As a new patient, I came in for an initial exam and cleaning. The hygienist began by taking mandatory x-rays, which required holding an uncomfortable device in my mouth. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. I was initially told my 90-minute appointment would cover the entire cleaning and exam, but they only completed a quarter of the cleaning, lasting about 60 minutes, and then billed for a longer duration. Very impressed with the service and professionalism. Had my 8 yr old son in for some minor work. He was a little nervous but the staff were great and all went smoothly. Definitely recommend.
My husband had a tooth that was bothering him. We came to the clinic for the first time and had an extreme good experience. We will continue to go to this clinic for all our dental care
