I had a great experience as a new patient. Going to medical appointments makes me anxious, especially if it's my first time. But, everyone (Sam the receptionist, Dr. Michaela Taskov, and the dental assistant) was friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Taskov was knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and informative. Dr. Watt is experienced and sensitive with my dental needs. Her office is bright & spacious making for a welcomed setting for patients. All of her staff are skilled in their profession, personable, compassionate and genuine. I recently saw Dr. Watt for a second opinion on a cracked tooth and was very impressed by both her assessment and also her skill in placing my new crown. She and her team made the 2 step procedure easy and painless. Thanks Dr. Watt!
Very friendly office staff. They always welcome you with smiles and make sure you’re comfortable. The new office is clean, bright and modern, you can tell they put a lot of work into making it something they’re proud of. It’s also in a much better location with easy access to parking and for people with mobility issues.
It's unfortunate that I have to write this but I feel I have to warn people that they *will* be overbilled, potentially to the point of insulting absurdity. I gave Dr. Watt 2 stars instead of 0 because she referred me to a WONDERFUL dental surgeon (who went to school with her but must have missed the classes on how to overbill your patients because he's as fair as the day is long).
