I have had petty much the same experiences as ALL the other one star reviews, it just took me years to find out. Two root canals same tooth, wisdom teeth problems with ceramic bridge, filling problem. Really disappointed with latest visit as I felt I was being strung along.

DON'T GO HERE! Told me I needed orthodontist, a bridge, and 9 cavities filled. This amount exceeded my yearly insurance coverage by only $200. Went to another dentist & had one cavity.

Dr. Reynolds did a very bad job on a root canal in November 2016 and have had pain since that day. At follow-up visits shortly afterward for pain relief his staff did nothing to help and told me that I would have to pay for more clinical work. I will never to back to Dr. Reynolds. Went to a new dentist today who is sending me to an endodonist who will look at this bad root canal and tell me what he can do to rid me of pain.

I will never go back to this office. Dr. Reynolds has performed subpar dentistry. Poor repair of a front filling. Poor creation of a new bridge. Did not treat a gaping wound created by his technician. Always rushing through his work with me to see his next patient. Did not explain what he was doing to my teeth. I am going to need a NEW bridge to replace one that he made.

I had the same experience as others with Dr Renyolds. Thousands of dollars of treatment recommended, however, when I sent this treatment plan to my previous dentist with current X-rays none of it needed to be done. I understand there can be varying opinions in treatment plans but a young dentist I trust said none of this work was even remotely necessary. I will continue to drive 600 miles one way to see my previous dentist in the long run it will save me $$ and unnecessary treatment.

Dr. Reynolds made up a treatment plan that contained $7700 worth of work that did not need to be done. I had a second opinion from another dentist who told me that he didn't need my business but was more than willing to give me a second opinion. Ends up that I didn't need ANY of the treatment Dr. Reynolds was suggesting. Beware of this 'doctor'. This is a common theme that I have heard several times since my experience there. Steer clear of this dishonest con man.

I am very unhappy with the experience I had at Dynamic Dentistry. I am a new patient because I moved to the Bluffton area six months ago. For the past 20 years I had used a Master dentist in PA. He taught dentistry at a dental school in Baltimore. had one filling in 20 years. Dr. Reynolds made up a treatment plan for over $4,000 worth of work, including root canal work and fillings. I had the xrays sent to my PA dentist who told me to seek a second opinion.It turns out Dr. Reynolds is not honest

I have never had an experience like this before with any dentist. I was scammed by them! I asked what my insurance would not cover, was quoted amounts, those amounts over doubled, then a month or so later got a bill for several hundred more. When I called office admin, same person who had provided financial info for me, you could tell she had screened many of these calls as she had rote answers, was cold and impersonal. Reynolds only spent a few minutes with me, left without telling me anything
