My visit is always amazing. Rob is my hygienist he’s very patient and knowledgeable about what he’s doing, he makes me feel comfortable I really trust him to be my hygienist. Dr. Reynold is very caring I always feel at ease going to this practice. I don’t have to worry about pain and being uncomfortable. I love the respect they have for their patients.
I had my first appt. with Rob today. He is one of the best hygienists I've ever had. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing.
Excellent staff, Dr. Reynolds explained everything as he providing care and was very gentle, including giving anesthesia!
Dr. Reynolds is able to be professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, painless, caring every visit….whether it’s a routine cleaning, implants or filings. Dr Reynolds reviewed care plan, explained procedure and outcome when done …great anesthesia. Very pleasant work and patient environment. Tech was kind, professional and explained technical aspects of care. As a nurse and OR Director, I appreciated that! Front desk staff - Linda- was efficient and personable!
I’ve been in the field of Dentistry myself for 20 years and I have never had such a thorough exam, not even by an employer. Dr Reynolds really took the time to look at everything. I have super sensitive teeth and it was by far, hands down the most painless cleaning I’ve ever had.
