Dr Mark is such a great dentist and his staff is also so nice. Such a great office!
Just at this office now. Such a wonderful experience. The staff is so welcoming and Doctor Mark is so relatable and seems very genuine. I was sent here by a friend and I am so happy with my experience. Will be returning with my husband and children.

I recently visited Elm Hill Dentistry for a routine cleaning. Unfortunately, the staff did not verify my dental insurance coverage beforehand, despite me providing the details, and I ended up paying the full amount out-of-pocket—something that should have been at least partially covered. When I raised the issue, the front desk staff contacted the manager, but no apology was offered, and they declined to provide any compensation, discount, credit toward a future visit, or even a goodwill gesture to make it right.
