Though it is clean and organized clinic, but I’m not satisfied with the service and treatment I got here. It was just a cavity treatment, but they made it so worse causing too much severe pain. It still hurts badly. I won’t recommend to any of my friends. It was one of my worst dental experiences.
The clinic is clean. The best thing you can get here is highly professional doctor. Doctor Michael Chekanou is very attentive to the client.
After seeing "G" review, I felt compelled to write my own review because I don't believe that their review is fair or honest. Seems like they are making stuff up because what is an "unnecessary test" that a dentist can do to charge a lot of money for, its either look inside your mouth or use an X-Ray machine. Plus every time I have been there, they charge the typical dental fees (which I actually see them pull out the book from time to time especially if the staff is new at the front). My teeth used to be very jagged on the bottom row and I thought I could cheap out by using those plastic retainers/“Invisalign”. After trying out the product from someplace(for more than 6 months), it didn’t keep my teeth in line and each set was getting more stiff to put on. Very unprofessional and rude. No respect for your time. Filipino time. Always late. Humiliated my kids and showed a fist to my son. Never going back to this horrible dental clinic. One of her dentists even gave a wrong prescription to my daughter. Ruined my kids' dental experience. They treated my kids like guinea pigs. Never ever going back. I asked for my children's X-rays because we decided to get a better dentist but never sent the X-rays. If I can give negative stars, I would!!
