Susan and Dr Singh are great. You can tell they love what they do and are dedicated to patient care. They are on top of their game! Very efficient with paperwork and answered all my questions with clarity. They’re very professional, hardworking and kindhearted. The clinic is clean, organized and spacious. Overall an amazing team. Update: (May 2024) MY REVIEW IS STRAIGHT FORWARD, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LEGACIES HEALTH CENTER. Truly, the doctor on duty lacks experience and is pressured to follow the ONE ITEM PER VISIT POLICY. He has missed out the nuance of my health condition. I am going to a different walk- in clinic now, where young and experienced doctors are supported to provide the best care to the patients. Absolute ridiculous customer service. I had cancelled all upcoming appointments at my last visit due to insurance coverage changing. I received a email regarding an upcoming appointment tomorrow. I called to cancel only to be told that i am being charged 30 dollars because of the "No Show" their words. If the customer service agent had done their job correctly i would have never needed to cancel the appointment. This is not the first time their staff has not taken other people into consideration. I cannot express enough my gratitude and respect for Dr. Makh and the staff at Legacies clinic. I attended the office to have sutures removed (a doctor at Lions Gate had put the stitches in originally). Dr. Makh had one look and realized the wound was badly infected. He started me on antibiotics immediately and asked me to come back the next day. He then removed the sutures and re stitched my wound with the utmost care I think I have ever received from a physician. I could not be happier with the entire experience and f... read more
