I booked a session for RMT. For 1 hour, I was charged $147(140+tax); however, on the online booking page it shows $140. The clinic is more like a huge gym rather than a clean health clinic. Not very organized. Gym devices were everywhere. A little dark and cold. Like construction site. The masseur, Mona, provided a good massage. The only negative point was that she wore gloves to perform the massage that i believe this needs to be notified to the patient before the massage starts in case the patient has allergy to glove's m... read more
Dr. Makh is reassuringly clear-spoken, knowledgeable and competent, and the front staff are kind, professional, and helpful. I've never had difficulty scheduling an appointment in a timely manner, and have always left feeling better than I entered :)
Shirley Liu is extremely talented and has a strong understanding of bodies, she was super nice and her treatments are very effective, I felt SO much better after seeing her!! looking forward to my next visit!
Dr. Mack has now seen both my husband and my son and I cannot express how frustrated I have been with his unprofessional service to both. He threatened to "ban" my son from all Drs in North Vancouver because after waiting for 20 minutes for a 7:30 am phone appointment my son had to cancel to get to work on time. Then most recently, he denied care to my husband due to clerical issues with a WCB claim, stating that it "wasn't all about" him regarding his health needs.
