Colin is a fantastic massage therapist,super knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. He really takes the time to understand what your body needs and tailors the session accordingly. I always feel so much better after a session.Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing.
I have been coming to Legacies health centre for years. I am so happy that Rebecca has joined this clinic. I think she provides the best firm pressure treatment I have ever received and she is an easy to talk to and lovely person. I have also seen Matthew Lau for specific treatment targetting a workplace injury and he is the most knowledgable and technically proficient RMT I have ever met.
I had physio sessions with Dr. Urvi. She was super helpful and understood my needs. Definitely recommend
I've gone to see Colin for years and he is without a doubt, simply the best!!! I work a very physical job and it causes strain on me which makes it hard to move. Seeing Colin always makes me feel better. He keeps taking more training and gets better and better every time I see him, he's really kind and understanding when you have odd hours and makes every effort to fit you in to be seen. Love this place. I’ve been for masssage and physio treatments here and all practitioners have been excellent. I’ve been looking for a massage therapist for a long time now and I finally found Nicholas! Daisy also comes highly recommended. Both were excellent for relaxation and muscle injuries. Not to hard, not too soft. Tried several physios and all excellent. Professional staff and very friendly and helpful people at the front desk too!
