My tip is this...as far as advertising that you finance up to 5000 dollars, and how no-one will be turned away, and leading people to beleive that they can actually go there and leave completely satisfied...no no no...I'm sorry. Lincoln Dental finances NOBODY. If you don't have insurance, or CASH, or the ability to secure a way to PAY THEM IMMEDIATELY, then you will leave the same way you came in. I had moved to the area about 2 years ago and went to Lincoln Dental because my plan covered them and it was easy to get to. Things started off OK, they were running 10 minutes behind which isn’t bad but things just went downhill from there. It took the hygienist less than 20 minutes to clean my teeth and get a full set of x-rays. I thought that was fast because as I said I hadn’t been to the dentist in 2 yrs. DON'T Go Here – I went here to get my teeth x-rayed and cleaned back in October of '09. Lincoln Dental billed my insurance company incorrectly. They did not provide the dentists name, therefore my insurance could not pay them. My insurance company told them to resubmit the ppwk w/ appropriate info. TWICE Lincoln dental submitted the SAME ppwk and didn't provide the dentists name. My insurance company contacted them again, trying to get the correct info and Lincoln did not respond or try to resolve this with the insurance com... read more
