Dr Kady Cissé has been my dentist for many years and always provides the best care! She is very professional, kind and attentive whenever I see her. This dental office is also very clean and the staff members are so kind and accommodating! Only place I trust and will recommend anyone to come here.
Fantastic experience from the very first contact! Taylor and Anna at the front desk are wonderful, I met Dr Cissé and her team: absolute dream! Had a cleaning performed by Rachelle (didn’t know a cleaning could be as painless and pleasant!) Currently pregnant, my gums were very irritated and bleeding, after 2 sessions of cleaning, not a single trace of blood while brushing my teeth. Dr Kady Cissé is super kind and welcoming. She “made it right” for me today, when the notification system/team failed to inform me of a cancelled appointment and personally cleaned my teeth. Also, she is very empathetic and makes sure to take note of any requests you may have. For me, I gag when the x-ray pads touch the roof of my mouth or go too far back near the wisdom teeth. I chipped my front tooth badly this morning and wanted it fixed asap, but my normal dentist could not see me for close to a week. I called all over the city and finally got a same day appointment at a place on St Anne's. After I read the reviews for that clinic I was not confident in the clinic, especially for a cosmetic front tooth repair. I kept calling and got in at Lumi same day appointment. Very modern the staff is very friendly. The doctor was great. She told me exactly what I need to do and how much it would be very modern facility clean friendly knowledgeable, and they care.
