I was referred by a friend after discussing an oral issue I had. Upon visiting the front desk staff were very receptive and welcoming. An appointment was made that was convenient to me. Side note, they were very flexible and accommodating and willing to take me in immediately but I didn't have the time and made an appointment when I was free in a few days. I was super worried about my procedure beforehand as I've never needed dental work beyond a cleaning before, but Dr. Kveder took the time to walk me through every step and made it clear on what to expect. Her knowledge and compassion put me at ease and the procedure was quick and painless. The dental assistant Angelica was also wonderful and checked on me many times. Clean and modern environment, all staff were friendly and courteous. TVs above the chair for your selection of Netflix programming while you're getting drilled up. Cleaning was good and filling was quick and painless. Reasonable wait time to book appointment (about 3 weeks).
I wish i could give a higher rating than 5 stars!!! ALWAYS amazing. From Carter being amazingly helpful at front desk to the wonderful staff in the back! JR and the other doctor are so wonderful, Knowledgeable and listen to my concerns . My dental hygienist is the sweetest person, so comforting and always checking in on how i feel They are seriously the best and I cannot recommend them enough!!! LUMI squeezed my daughter, who was not a patient at the time, in ASAP on same day for a tooth extraction. The office and all the staff are absolutely lovely. Very kind, patient, and helpful. We will now be returning patients!
