I highly recommend this place for its exceptional comfort, cleanliness and aesthetics . The staff is remarkably punctual, ensuring timely treatment with no delays and immensely knowledgeable making it a definite suggestion for everyone.
The staff are very efficient and very friendly. As someone who gets anxiety around anything dental, each member of the team did a great job at alleviating any concerns I had. Their communication skills are top notch, from text notifications to phone calls and voicemails if need be. I had a dental emergency and they made every effort to get a solution for me even when it required outsourcing my care. After some extremely mediocre experiences with health care in Manitoba, Lumi Dental really went above and beyond
I was referred by a friend after discussing an oral issue I had. Upon visiting the front desk staff were very receptive and welcoming. An appointment was made that was convenient to me. Side note, they were very flexible and accommodating and willing to take me in immediately but I didn't have the time and made an appointment when I was free in a few days. Kate is the absolute best hygienist. She's patient, knowledgeable and puts me at ease every time I visit her. The newest technology for cleanings is insanely flawless, and I cant recommend Lumi enough!
Don't hesitate to make an appointment. I totally agree with all the 5 star comments. I was visiting Winnipeg from Europe, without travel insurance. They minimised the cost and got me well enough to fly back and see my dentist at home. I'm so thankful.
