We visited Monarch to obtain a second opinion for pediatric dental procedures recommended by our regular pediatric dentist. The visit to Monarch was very helpful and reassuring. The staff there (Christina and Dr. Serena) took time to listen and answer our concerns and questions. The consult was thorough, and as the mother of the patient I felt particularly understood. ⸻ Both of my sons have been seeing this dental team since they were four years old, and when it came time for orthodontic treatment, we knew we wanted to continue with them. Every visit has been met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, making each appointment a positive experience. My three year old is terrified of the dentist. There was no getting around that unfortunately but the staff were absolutely wonderful with him and after we finished up my son asked if we could stay. I never thought I’d hear those words coming out of his mouth haha
It was a no brainer for me to bring my daughter here. I was a client of Dr. Hung’s from 1997 - 2014. I even went to the Ortho on the other side. After such a bad experience at under 4 years old at another dentist that left me completely traumatized, Dr Hung took his time over the years with me to gain my trust at such a young age in the 1990’s. it made a world of a difference and allowed me to heal and have a healthy relationship with dental work.
