We had an appointment for my very resistant 3 year old yesterday. We traveled 2 hours to this dental center as it was recommended to us by our local dentist. It was worth the trip! Dr. Casablancas was so great with my daughter, so patient and warm. While she still wasn't super happy to be there, we got everything done and it went smoothly. Grateful for the kindness of both the Dr and dental assistant, Celine!
The clinic is always clean, organized, and very welcoming to children. I have been bringing my kids here for years, and I highly recommend Monarch Pediatric Dental Centre in Burnaby. My three year old is terrified of the dentist. There was no getting around that unfortunately but the staff were absolutely wonderful with him and after we finished up my son asked if we could stay. I never thought I’d hear those words coming out of his mouth haha
Dr. Jonathan is a wonderful and caring dentist. He's very gentle and takes the time to explain everything he'll be doing, which really helps put my daughters at ease. I would highly recommend him and the rest of the dental team. We've been to three of their other locations and the staff have been great and helpful at every one.
We visited Monarch to obtain a second opinion for pediatric dental procedures recommended by our regular pediatric dentist. The visit to Monarch was very helpful and reassuring. The staff there (Christina and Dr. Serena) took time to listen and answer our concerns and questions. The consult was thorough, and as the mother of the patient I felt particularly understood.
