We had a wonderful experience with Monarch for my daughter’s surgery handled by Dr. Jonathan who was amazing, he explained every detail clearly, which helped us understand and feel comfortable with the entire procedure. He assured her safety and took excellent care of her. The insurance team (special thanks to Brianna) who helped me with billing and insurance processes with ease, the anesthesiologist, and the nurse (whose name I don’t recall) were all outstanding and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. It was fantastic as always. I really admired the Monarch Dental Clinic. They are all very friendly and caring. I remember one of my son were so scared of the dental chair that he cried every time he will sit on it. So I decided to look for another dental clinic and I am so proud, thankful and grateful finding Monarch. No more crying. He is always happy. His now 16 yrs old. Time flies so fast.
The clinic is exceptionally well-organized, clean, and accommodating to children. I have been taking my twins to Monarch Pediatric Dental Centre at Burnaby for several years and highly recommend them.
