We visited Monarch to obtain a second opinion for pediatric dental procedures recommended by our regular pediatric dentist. The visit to Monarch was very helpful and reassuring. The staff there (Christina and Dr. Serena) took time to listen and answer our concerns and questions. The consult was thorough, and as the mother of the patient I felt particularly understood. My three year old is terrified of the dentist. There was no getting around that unfortunately but the staff were absolutely wonderful with him and after we finished up my son asked if we could stay. I never thought I’d hear those words coming out of his mouth haha
I have been attending my children’s appointments for over a decade - the team here has been amazing and educational each time. My kids feel comfortable and taken care of. The staff is kind and helpful - top notch.
