We started at the Burnaby branch when my son was still a toddler but we moved to Surrey, therefore we have been going to Surrey branch for more than 15 yrs now. He is a young adult now with special needs. Monarch still accepts him as their client which I really appreciate as Monarch has great reputation in providing excellent services to their patients. My son really feels comfortable in their friendly, clean, and welcoming environment. All the staff are kind and no long waits. Thank you everybody for your great services!
They are amazing with my daughter and take the time to explain everything as they are doing it. They also check with me before doing anything that might not be covered by insurance. They are patient and it is a calm and fun environment. My daughter has been going here since she was little and will continue even though she is a big child now. She only trusts them As do I.
My son just had his first appointment at Monarch. We were referred to them by another dentist since he had a hard time letting them clean his teeth the past few visits. He was very nervous at first, but the hygienist Ashley did her magic and before I knew it, my son was relaxing on the chair like he was laying on the beach. She even got him to complete his X-rays, amazing! The staff at Monarch are kind, but Ashley is the reason my son wants to go back. So thank you so much for your patience, knowledge, and expertise!
All of the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Never did I see them without a smile in their faces. My son was referred to Monarch by our regular dentist and he has been enjoying his visits. Even my daughter who went with us today for the first time wanted to have her dental check-ups in Monarch too.😊 Dr Hung is very friendly and very knowledgeable and explained all that needs to be done for my son clearly. Thank you very much Monarch Surrey for always making our visit smooth and amazing❤️😊
Reception was very kind and respectful. Dr. W. was very warm and helpful. She extracted two molars of my neurodiverse son, with ease and gentleness! I appreciate they are not money grabbers.
