We have been coming since our son got his first tooth. Have been seeing Dr. Peter ever since and we can’t imagine going anywhere else. Extremely welcoming, friendly, professional and empathetic. My husband and I had awful experiences with dentists when we were younger. When it came time to bringing our little one, we were extremely nervous. But they all were so kind and empathetic that it really calmed us. Our little one has no remnants of dentist anxiety. He loves Dr. Peter and the team so the visits are always a breeze.
Dr Elsa is the most caring and compassionate Dentist anyone could ask for. Our daughter had some very bad experiences with Dentist visits and Dr Elsa has changed all of this, our daughter now looks forward to going and any fear she once had no longer exists. I highly recommend taking your children to Dr Elsa and Monarch.
It’s a great experience for my kids . Nice views of downtown and free parking . After the cleaning and check up my kid gets some treats and While doing cleaning teeth she can watch Bluey .
We live in Richmond but I don’t mind coming to this location at all because of their level of service. We’ve been coming here for the last 10 years and will continue to do so until my kids are all grown up. The staff is very professional, accommodating and welcoming. I would highly recommend!
