Another great visit at Muir station! I love how they are able to get both girls in at once. The doctor is always responsive to concerns, and does a great job explaining the plan of care. Shay and Fara were super nice! Thanks again!
Sha and Fara are very helpful, they treated my kids well, they are patient and kind. I struggled trying to find a good place to take my kids were they were mindful and understood my kids needs. Dr. Espinoza is very acknowledged he does a great job.
I’ve been taking my daughter to this orthodontist since September. She is always nervous before the visit but after she has better spirits. They know how to explain to your child what is happening and explain it so a child will understand. We’ve enjoyed all of our visits to the orthodontist so far. Thank you for easing my child into a fun way of looking into oral care!
I would have given 5 stars if not for one staff member who handled my 4-year-old. She was impatient from the start, and what upset me most was when she told my child, “I will bite you if you bite me.” As a pediatric dental clinic, handling anxious or difficult children should be expected, and patience should be a priority. Shay was very attentive and accommodating to my son’s needs with the cleaning procedure. My son has sensory sensitivities and dentist visits can be challenging, but today was very smooth. We had a great experience. Highly recommend Muir Station Smiles!
