I've been coming here for almost 40 years, and previous to that, my family has been coming since the beginning. I was supposed to have a necessary surgery that ended up being canceled on the spot due to their lack of explanation. I took unpaid time off from work that I cannot get back because of this surgery. I will no longer be sending people to this place, nor will I be a patient any longer here. I'm Beyond traumatized over what has happened and I would avoid this place.
