I had a very pleasant experience with my recent root canal treatment and dental cleaning. The doctor and the entire staff were incredibly cooperative and took the time to patiently explain every step of the process. What stood out the most was their transparency and friendly approach. I went to Dr. Bindu for a re-root canal after a previous failed treatment and got badly infected. She was so patient in explaining everything—what could go wrong, how she would fix it, and what to expect. She never rushed or pushed me, and made sure I was comfortable and pain-free the whole time.
