I went there for a routine dental cleaning and ended up with an issue that now requires a root canal. I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I was initially told I had a minor cavity that needed a filling. On June 20, they completed the filling. After that, it took them two back-to-back appointments to adjust a high bite caused by the filling. Once that was finally corrected, I developed sensitivity and pain. 3 different visits all teeth cleaned up completely, and fixed some chips I had as well. usually hate going to the dentist always get bad vibes but they knew what they were doing here. doctor was even cracking a couple jokes to make me feel comfortable
Fantastic service, friendly staff both Cathy and Fiza are top-notch with service organising and care. Dr. Chahal as aways goes above and beyond with her patience for the patients. Highly appreciated.
My favourite dentist! Past experiences at different dentists were scary for me, but Opal Dental is the best. Staff are so respectful and friendly- Cathie always greeting me by name as soon as I walk in! Love the dental assistants/hygienists always reassuring me and making sure I’m okay during the dental procedures. Dr. Chahal is very gentle and soft spoken leading me to be very comfortable. Overall 10/10! I wish every dentist place was as great as Opal.
I have a severe fear of dentists. I had a tooth that needed to be removed. Dr. Chalal was so unbelievably kind. And as gentle as she could be. She also told me everything she was going to do beforehand. And my dental hygienist is so sweet. She knew how scared I was and she held my hand and talked to me. I am so thankful for them both. And will be coming back to take care of my other teeth.
