I am updating my earlier post regarding an issue with reception. Within 2 hours of emailing and raising my concerns, I received a call from Dr Eric responded by phone. I am pleased the matter is resolved and I am happily staying with Otter Point. Excellent patient/client care.
Otter Point Dental provides great service from start to finish. The staff are amazing, friendly, and welcoming, making every visit comfortable and stress-free. Friendly staff, exceptional dental work. I have seen a few of the dentist in this clinic and I would recommend every one of them. They are flexible and adaptable to what you need. They do a great job of putting a smile back on your face to be proud of.
Today at Otter Point Dental in Sooke I had the largest but most painless molar filling I’ve ever had done…and that’s after over 70 years of dental work. Fantastic service! Friendly, welcoming staff. I have never had my teeth cleaned better. Erin did an outstanding job. We also had an issue with insurance that the owners bent over backwards to assist us with.
