Unfortunately, I feel compelled to leave a negative review of this dental clinic. My visit left a very unpleasant impression. I encountered outright rudeness from the staff. Both the doctors and the administrators showed no respect for the patient, speaking in a harsh manner, failing to explain treatment details, and making no effort to create a comfortable atmosphere for communication. The appointment went so smoothly - which is crazy considering how much anxiety I have about the dentist. They really made sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process and appointment though and I'm super grateful!
Super friendly staff made me feel welcome and relaxed. The hygienist was personable and responsive to my concerns. If a dental office could be called beautiful, this would be it! I was quite impressed!
I love going to Otter Point Dental. Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind. If I need a last minute appointment I have never had troubles being fit in. My two small children also really enjoy going and don't get nervous. I feel lucky to be a patient there.
Had an cleaning appointment at Otter Point dentistry today. One of the best experiences I've had. Staff is friendly, hygienist was amazing and Dr Eric was gentle, kind and respectful. I won't be going any where else.
