Every time we come for an appointment we are greeted with a smile from the receptionist, to the hygienists, to Dr. Bertot. Everyone makes my son feel comfortable and welcome. We just love coming to this establishment for our pediatric dental services.
This was my son's first visit to the dentist at age 7. I am not sure who was more nervous, me or my son. I met Angela and Cheri at the front desk, they were great. Then I met Heather, she worked on my son's cleaning. The doctor was great at explaining the issues with my son's teeth. As we left the office my son looked at me and said, "mommy, that wasn't bad". Wow, I am very happy with this office, great staff! Thank you for keeping me calm.
Friendly staff
Dr Bertot has been our dentist for 12 years. He is fantastic!!! My family used to go to the maitland office and recently switched to the St. Cloud office. Wonderful practice at both locations!
