I love this office. The entire staff is amazing. Dr. Almansari is wonderful. He takes the time to educate you on your issues. He is kind and caring. I want to specifically tell you about the front desk staff. The front desk and back office are amazing. They are kind and greet you like family. They take the time to explain all of your costs. The staff is extremely welcoming and willing to do anything they can to make your experience a positive one. The morning of my procedure, I was extremely nervous and not in a very pleasant mood, even though I had a poor attitude, everyone was very kind and went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable. Not only did I have a successful procedure, they have called to check on me and they have answered my numerous calls and answered my (likely silly) questions without making me feel like I'm a burden.

One star only because Lexi at the front desk and the office itself were nice. 0 stars for the doctor who I found to be brash and rude before I interacted with him (based off of how he was responding to an elderly woman he was seeing in back) and was confirmed when It was time for my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Was done 10 of and the above mentioned patient's husband decided to start talking to me me in the waiting room. This was one of the many “best visits”I’ve ever had. My hygienist, Toni took time with me and explained things in detail. She was very delightful. She’s not permanent so, she won’t be there when I go back in 3 months 🙂 Dr Almasri, the ladies in reception area and everyone else in the office are always nice.

Dr.Almasri and his entire team are amazing !! From the moment you walk in or call, the front desk staff is so friendly and helpful, something a lot of medical offices lack. Dr.Almasri is everything you hope for when it comes to your health. He's knowledgeable, experienced, caring, attentive, compassionate and they were able to work with me financially. This has been the best dental experience even after extractions and bone grafts. These guys really get it all right !
