So far so good! We have felt very comfortable and the customer service is top notch! Also very happy with the location, and how close it is to the high school. Makes for more convenient spots :) Nancy is fast, sweet and tells you what's happening before she does something. Made my kid feel comfortable.

I recently visited Precision Orthodontics and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We love Precision Orthodontics! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The kids have a great experience here. They are also very helpful with rescheduling appointments when my schedule suddenly changes. 12/19/24 Update: They are so prompt at rescheduling us for urgent needs. My son lost his retainer and they got him in right away with my daughter’s appointment to be fitted for a new retainer. They are always friendly and warm. We leave every time with a great experience.
They have honestly been phenomenal with helping us navigate the process of orthodontics with having to avoid allergens. They are all super kind, from front desk to techs to the doctor. We saw a different orthodontist for my older kiddos treatment and we wish we would have found them first
