Every time I come here I feel like family. The team here makes sure you are well taken care of, and even though I was hesitant to get my braces on, they made it such an enjoyable experience and congratulated me for starting my journey. The doctor answered all of my questions, and the assistants were quick to put my braces on!
Extremely pleased with the expertise & attention to detail for our consult today, which ended in our daughter walking out with braces!!! :-) The manager was amazing & made us feel heard & beyond comfortable while also being very informative. The orthodontist was a doll & super sweet!! The staff was welcoming, kind, & informative. Overall, our very first visit & braces application was AWESOME!!! Went to Precision because my daughter needed to get braces. The staff was amazing and very friendly. My daughter felt comfortable and relaxed. They were able to answer our questions. We left feeling satisfied and informed. I feel better now knowing my daughter will be in great hands. Thank you.
Precision Orthodontics is wonderful! We were traveling from Texas and my daughter had left all her bands at home. We had searched everywhere and when we arrived in Auburn I called Precision and they said they would help! They gave us 2 bags for free! Thank you!!
I am now starting my 3rd child on orthodontist and we have had great experiences with Precision. The staff are friendly, polite, and efficient. The have always been helpful with answering my questions and get my children in and out in a reasonable time frame.
