I can’t say enough great things about Precision Orthodontic in Sacramento. From the moment we walked in, the entire team treated my son with genuine care, patience, and professionalism. Getting braces can be a stressful experience for a kid, but they made the whole process smooth, easy, and even exciting for him. Great experience. I want to especially mention the doctor. She was very gentle, calm, and precise, and everything went absolutely perfectly. Most importantly, there was no pain at all. Huge credit for the speed as well. From the moment I decided to get braces to the actual installation, it took only three hours including the drive. Super efficient team, very pleasant to deal with.
What a fun office to work with! Daughter got her braces off today. They worked with her not-so-common missing adult teeth, and came up with a game plan that works until she can get her implants. In the meantime, braces free with a temporary retainer to make her smile “whole” Very exciting day. Recommend this office.
I’ve been coming here for quite some time and am nearing the end of my ortho treatment. I’ve been satisfied with the DA’s and dentists, but I have come across issues when scheduling with the recent receptionists. I’m not sure what happened to the previous receptionists, but they were nicer and warm welcoming- everytime I walked in, the previous receptionists knew my name and greeted me warmly. It was nice. Every visit has been nothing but a pleasurable and welcoming experience. They have been very professional, Providing exceptional Service throughout my years of coming here.
