This was possibly the best dental experience I have ever had. I was treated with kindness, compassion, and respect. Everything was explained to me clearly, and all of my questions were answered eagerly. Making an appointment was a breeze with the app, and my insurance was authorized in advance. The advanced technology used in the office really streamlined the preliminary exam. This dentist office is a very friendly place. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive until you leave. Before I started coming here I was afraid to go to the dentist, but this office was able to get me over that fear. I would highly recommend this office !
They are so wonderful here! I don't like going to the dentist, and I was nervous that I hadn't been in way too long, but Dr. Jiyon Kim was 100% nonjudgmental and so kind. She thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done before and while it was happening, and I was 100% confident I was in good hands. Dr Kim is GREAT—She is welcoming, friendly, cheerful AND knows what she is doing. She a gem! Molly makes my teeth SHINE after my cleanings— she is very efficient and has a gentle touch! I’m glad to be a patient here :)
if you’re considering getting veneers or crown work done, do yourself a favor and avoid rainier ave dental or their other location 5th and olive in seattle. this isn’t the place for advanced dental work. find a practice that actually specializes in restorative procedures and understands how to get your bite right ... because the consequences of getting it wrong are serious and expensive. i had 18 teeth worked on by dr kim, and my bite has been completely off ever since. some teeth hit way too early, which makes eating both ... read more
