My family and I had an amazing experience today! Shalisha was absolutely wonderful — professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything so clearly, making sure we felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire visit. I believe this is the only way to solve out the issue, probably? Per Redwood Smiles on 12/1/2024, there was a billing transaction unsolved back in 2022. On the statement, it is blank with the charge amount only on my son. We did not say we don't want pay but just we'd like to know the service details/subject because it was 2 years ago and we did not visit this clinic throughout 2023 and 2024. My son has been coming to RedwoodSmiles for several years now. Every visit has been pleasant. Today’s visit, Ellen and Dr. B made him feel comfortable and informed him of what he needs to do to keep great oral hygiene. He is happy with his appointment. Thank you!
Amazing dental service, truly fantastic hygienists and dentists and techs, I’d give it 5 stars if the front desk would actually follow through with my multiple requests for assistance. It has been almost 6 months of calling and speaking to the front desk for records and never receiving anything. I am not sure how to get my kid’s xrays to my new dentist!
Everyone there is very helpful and pleasant. We’ve been seeing Ellen for many years and she’s amazing and very knowledgeable. Also the dentists there are great!
