It's a very disappointing experience. Even though I have a dental plan and the plan covers 100% of the expense, I still need to pay $60 for the cleaning. I acknowledged the out-of-pocket payment, I went for the appointment and the dentist did the cleaning for my bottom teeth. The dentist said if I wanted, I could come over another time for the upper teeth cleaning. I said ok and made the appointment for the next day. Dr Sorbo is not only a very good dentist but he is also very caring towards his patients. He listens to you and advises you and makes you feel comfortable. When I talk to him I feel like if I am talking to a very good friend.
Really appreciate the staff here. They are good at explaining everything and good with people who are nervous. Direct billing is seamless and they never make me feel horrible or shame you if your teeth are not perfect
I had a very disappointing experience at Redwood Dental on April 1st, 2024. After multiple calls from their front desk urging me to come in for fillings, I confirmed with them several times that I’d be receiving 3 fillings and paying around $200 out of my pocket. However, when I arrived, I was surprised to see a different dentist—Dr. Maysaa Barbarawi—someone I had never met before.
