The Receptionist Kim, greeted me warmly and we chatted for a couple of minutes about my recent holiday before the hygienist Cheryl came to greet me and take me To her work area to clean my teeth. She was friendly and worked efficiently to do the job. She communicated in appropriate amount considering that I couldn't really reply too well with tools in my mouth and I finished up on time with a clean mouth and as usual, without any pain. Kim efficiently provided me with a receipt for my payment and I was on my way.
I had my cleaning with hygienist (Denise) she was very gentle and patiently did a great job with examination and cleaning. I greatly appreciate. Additionally, I had excellent communication with front desk before the visit which made my experience very smooth.
My family has been seeing Dr Sorbo for years. We love his gentle approach and willingness to watch and wait with beginning cavities that aren't yet an issue - rather than quickly act and fill up a person's mouth with fillings. Sometimes those cavities haven't become an issue and other times they've gone on to be filled. They also employ great hygienists. I don't enjoy going to the dentist, but their approach makes it as good of an experience as it can be - and my teeth feel clean!
Redwood Dental saved me, during the holidays, my 40+ year old crown fell off my tooth. With a next day, emergency appointment, the crown was replaced and I was on my way. Excellent service. Excellent job, now it’s as good as new! Very happy customer! Thank you very much!
The hygienists and Dr. Sorbo are absolutely amazing! My family and I have gone to Dr. Sorbo for over 20 years now. Very friendly, thorough, and take the time to address any of my concerns. I never feel rushed, and feel valued as a patient. Can’t ask for anything more of a dental office!
