Dr. Maysaa Barbarawi is one of the friendliest dentists I've ever met. I struggle with anxiety around going to the dentist, and she made me feel extremely comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist! The dental assistant helping her with the appointment was also extremely comforting and kind.
Dr Sorbo and staff, as always, were very courteous, friendly and professional. I do have one concern…when trying to make my appointment, Jasmine the receptionist, was extremely difficult to understand over the phone. I asked her to repeat herself 3 times until I finally gave up and asked for Kim who is always very helpful.
My experience with Redwoods Dental Langley were awesome and helpful. There are good accessible for Deaf and HOH When they would email or text them to remind an appointment instead of calling. The hygienist named Linda know American Sign Language and would communicate with me by asking if my gums and teeth clean are ok. They are so very care and make sure if I am not nervous or worry.
Today’s cleaning session with Linda was very satisfying and professional as well as a little fun. Thank you, as always a great place to visit for your oral health.
I am always treated well by staff at this office. Dr. Todd Sorbo is practical and reasonable and friendly. The hygienists are amazing!!
