We always have an amazing experience every time we have our appointment. All the staff are friendly, professional and gentle. We definitely will recommend them.
Very disappointed i had my braces done here many years ago. My teeth were on the higher side in terms of over all cost. Was reffered here by my ortho in Toronto who's friends with one of the owners or main ortho guy there at the time (2015/2016) many years later got my braces off. Followed another 2-3 years post bracesn my wire retainer came off in one spot. I made an appointment and paid about $100 or slightly under and went to have it reattached. That was no problem. Our 6 year old reminded me to write this review. “Mom, don’t forget to write the Google review. I want other kids to know it’s not scary going there. The orthodontist just does a lot of talking.” Thanks to everyone we encountered at Signature! You are all so personable and made us feel welcome during our son’s consultation. Lastly, Signature’s welcome vid on YouTube is a great resource for anyone who may have trepidation/anxiety about visiting an orthodontist.
Took our daughter to have her braces removed and cannot say enough about the level of courtesy and professionalism they have always shown since her first assessment almost 2 years ago. I’m not sure if they just happen to find the nicest and most caring people to work there as everyone we encounter from the doctor to the assistants is always so kind!.
