I've been going to Smilestone Dental for two years now and I've always had a great experience here. I usually see Dr. Payal Jain and she as well as the staff are friendly and courteous. The communication from the clinic is excellent and the appointments are easy to schedule. Overall, I highly recommend the clinic!
I had a dental emergency that requires a root canal treatment, and the staff at Smilestone was very helpful, getting me an appointment on the same day for a check up and the root canal treatment the next morning. Dr. Jain is very knowledgeable and helpful, and the setup of the clinic makes me feel very comfortable. Dr. Jain even let me choose what show I want to watch while she work. This was hands down the absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. I truly felt cared for by each staff member. I’m a very nervous patient but felt so relaxed and comfortable, and the doctor and team were incredibly knowledgeable, gentle and supportive. I wish I knew about this clinic sooner! I will recommend them to everyone that I can based on my experience today!
I’ve been going to Smilestone Dental for a few years for an ongoing dental treatment and Dr. Papal is the best. She’s very supportive at every step of your procedure and takes the time to explain with each step so you’re not overwhelmed by the different sounds without an understanding on what’s going on. It’s great having a practice that is as good as they are gentle. Would recommend.
