The first thing, I always look for in a facility is its cleanliness and Terra Nova Dental Centre shows it all. Secondly, I am quite particular with the staff I am dealing with. Dr. Yang does his job excellently by making sure his patient feels comfortable. In the reception area, Naomi and Eva are very pleasant, helpful and understanding when it comes to rescheduling my appointments. I find this clinic highly commendable.
Bonnie, the hygienist is very professional. From start to the end of the session, she cleaned my teeth continuously and systematically. The cleaning is rigorous and thorough, covering every part of all my teeth. She provided methodology and procedures for me to minimize stain accumulations on my teeth.
From the moment you walk in the door, the staff are absolutely great. Naomi and crew are extremely friendly and helpful, and Gail goes out of her way to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of, especially if you’re a little nervous. Dr Yang is gentle and patient, definitely something you want in a dentist. Look forward to meeting the rest of the team. Thank you to all!
The staff give such thorough attention to your dental issues. Everyone is extremely pleasant and you never feel rushed. I feel lucky to have been their patient for the past 30 years.
