Great experience! My hygenist Anna was thoughtful, patient and so gentle with my teeth. Highly recommend! Naomi at front desk always sends me text reminders for my appointment which I appreciate so much. Close and convenient in Terra nova, friendly and professional care.
Wish I could give more then 5 stars. I cannot recommend this place enough. Dr.Yang and his team are just incredible. I moved to Chilliwack and refuse to find another dentist, after having a couple bad experiences with dentists prior to finding Dr.Yang. The commute is well worth it. Dr.Yang and his hygienists (Anna’s my favourite) have given me back my smile after I was sick for a few years and lost my smile and I’m forever grateful for the work they do and the hearts they have. 🤍🙏🤍
Friendly and efficient but communication re: what was being done (cleaning and scheduling next appointment) was a little confusing. Dec 1 fillings x 4 plus night guard digital mold created (very cool new technique) I think it may have been a little much doing 4 fillings at once (3-4 hour recovery from extensive freezing), but I do appreciate getting it all done in one go (1 hour commute)!
I have had root canal procedure today, before the procedure I was very worried and afraid of pain. The procedure went well. Dr YU explained about each stage of procedure, he was very thoughtful.
I been coming to this dental office for few years now. This place has become my professional home. Why I call it professional ? Because it is not real family but I get a feel of family when I go in. Dr. Yang's caring tone, and wonderfully fixed my chipped tooth and recent filling. The warm reception ladies and my hygenist, it's professional but warm feeling.
