Love Dr. Scott. He is great with the kids. The staff is awesome and so caring.
My daughter's experience with Dr. Scott was phenomenal from the first time they met! I think it was his "under the sea" theme that entranced her from the onset. That his treatment tables that look like kid-sized surf boards were greeted with joy...especially after she noticed that there was a hole in hers so that she could lie down comfortably with her pony tail hanging through it! The attention to detail in his office was so impressive. His rapport with kids & treatment skills are phenomenal!
Dr. Scott Weinstein and his staff treated my frightened son with such skill that he is looking forward to his next visit! Dr. Scott, as he is known, has a special rapport with kids that is completely natural. His office is a veritable amusement park...making children happy and at ease. I was there with him for an exam. Dr. Scott is now my son's regular dentist, and I recommend Ballantyne Pediatric Dentistry to any family with a child or children needing tender loving dental care!
Dr Scott and the staff are wonderful! He's very patient and thorough with children as well as parents that need guidance of what should be done next when issues arise. Love this practice and would recommend it to anyone!

My son was diagnosed with a cavity at 8. It didn’t seem right and got second opinion who said no way he had decay just needed molar seals. Also had issues with scheduling.
My daughter loved the practice with the TVs on the screen and all the balloons and things she gets when she goes. However, this is not a practice that accommodates working parents OR where you are allowed an opinion other than that of Dr. Scott. The hours are 8-5 p.m. - last appointment is at 4 p.m. - four days a week. Also, when I challenged Dr. Scott on his opinion and process I was quickly sent a note from his office dismissing my daughter as a client. Not much fortitude.

You were not dismissed for challenging Dr. Scott. We welcome parents to discuss any concerns and Dr. Scott is always open to hearing other viewpoints so long as it does not get rude/disrespectful. We wish you and your daughter all the best but it is best that our relationship ends.
Overall, I really liked Dr. Scott Weinstein. However, I've been sorely disappointed with his staff and their lack of concern. They did not follow up as expected and have shown no concern about me and my son. I feel they could careless if we continue service with them and that's very disappointing, especially because I liked Dr. Scott Weinstein so much.

Dr. Weinstein is great with the kids and his office is nice but the billing department and general office is completely unorganized and unprofessional. This was an insurance nightmare for us.
