Great visit. Office staff pleasant. Doctor explained procedure and answered all my concerns. Very comfortable atmosphere.
Yes had a great visit today. The hygienist and Dr. Oppenheimer we’re so nice and made me feel so comfortable.
I was treated mainly by Linda, a hygienist, as a new patient and was very pleased with the practical manner in which she explained my dental problem and followed it up with a lesson on how to improve my flossing and also a written note on the exact Oral B electric toothbrush to purchase to complete my daily teeth care. Look forward to positive results at my next checkup with this plan. Linda is a great hygienist!
Staff was very professional and took all COVID related precautions seriously. Office was clean and had a bright friendly atmosphere. Dr. Oppenheimer explained the procedure thoroughly and was sensitive to my needs and anxiety. My appointment was honored exactly as scheduled and work completed quickly and efficiently. I had a routine visit with Isabelle, dental hygienist. She is warm and friendly and did a thorough job of cleaning and checking my teeth.She has a nice manner. I was very pleased and felt comfortable. This was my second visit.
My wife and I moved to the Hudson Valley 2 1/2 years ago and had to find a new dentist. We started using another dentist but were very unhappy with the level of care and engagement. When I had a dental emergency and couldn't get an appointment with my other dentist, we found Dr. Oppenheimer who saw me immediately and has since provided us with excellent care. The office is pleasant, everyone is helpful and they go out of their way for their patients.
Linda the hygienist is great. Very careful with COVID protocols. Office seems to be growing.
