Excellent Doctor and staff. I was blown away with the care and professionalism I received. I'd highly recommend them.
I've passed by the office a few times since I moved out here and finally made an appointment last week. I read the reviews online before going. They were dead on. He is awesome and his assistants were all great. I wanted to come back here and tell people that the reviews are right, he is hands down the best dentist out there!
Perfection! Painless, gentle, kind demeanour and on top of that, he runs a very organized establishment. They took care of all the paperwork regarding getting all my information transferred and the transition was smooth and seamless. Free wifi and coffee while I waited was a nice touch but really not necessary given the high level of care I received. I was recommended by a friend who has been seeing him for years and I am so glad I listened. You won't find better- I am beyond impressed!
I was not at all surprised that people felt inclined to come on this site to review Dr. Mark. Nor am I surprised to see how positively people feel about him and his work. I've been a patient of his for years and there's no one else I'd trust to take care of me and my family. I should start this by saying I have never really liked going to the dentist, but our experiences there have always been nothing short of excellent. He is so gentle and kind. Both my kids saw a children's dentist when we lived in B.C. Since we've moved to Oakville a few years ago we have been bringing them to Dr. Mark and they love it. I literally get asked... "Mom, when are we going to the dentist?" Unbelievable! He's so wonderful. Very kind and gentle as anything. It also doesn't hurt that he's so handsome! Thanks for all the care you and your staff give our family. You're the best!
Considerate, thorough, gentle. I've had nothing but excellent experiences here. I have been a patient of his for a long time and they are always considerate of your time and explain everything thoroughly so you are aware of what needs to be done- no surprises. I'm not usually inclined to write a rating, but I really felt I needed to. I have been a patient of Dr. Iacovino's for a while now and I always recommend him to people who are looking for a dentist because my experience there is always a happy one. Everyone is so wonderful and accommodating. I had an appointment to take out my wisdom teeth and I was really scared. I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful experience it was.
