From the first call to make appointment to leaving from treatment, this is the best dentist experience I've had in years! I've never left a dentist appointment so happy. will recommend to everybody I know that needs a check-up or work done. Thank you for the referral Sue! Gentle and considerate during procedure. Quick and efficient! Only had to drive through a few bugs to get there and totally worth it!
As far as my cleaning appointments go, they are fantastic! But when it comes to the billing not so great. I have no dental insurance and I have to pay cash. I'm never reminded about when it is ex-ray time, so the billing is always higher. I expect that, but would like to know ahead of time so I am prepared. The problem I have is I am quoted a price before they do the work and I accept it and then when I go to pay, its always higher! I'm not prepared for that and I think its a little dishonest.
