Pretty poor excuse of ethics the one day they cancelled on me on two hours notice because their dentist had to leave early on a Friday. Then when I had to make a cancellation they tried to charge me for not giving 48hrs notice? Does that seem fair?
I’ve been going in this dentist for almost 2 years now. Last november- dec i had a filling done and i guess Dr. Sharma and her assistant done a freezing on my upper molar. The procedure went quickly as i thought it would be.. after few hours i had this white cast on my outer lip that stinks and left a burning sensation on my skin. I went back to Dr. Sharma to report what happened after and she told me to put a cream.
