Dr Bertot is very short tempered and snaps at young children when they are in discomfort during procedures. He has a terrible bed-side manner. He however does do great dental work. The staff is very nice though.

I absolutely love this office! They are so great with my babies. I recommend this office to all my patients at Nemours if they ask for a good peds dentist.
