Before being a patient at Progressive, I was a patient at another office in the area. That office canceled and asked me to reschedule multiple appointments. I’ve had three appointments in two months at Progressive, no problem. At the other office, I’d wait for 30+ mins to be seen by the dentist after a routine cleaning. All comes down to the staff. Current team seems really good. Had one bad experience here but that person is gone. Hygienists are very, very good and the dentists have been good as well. I hadn’t taken good care of my teeth for a long time and they were great. We made a plan and now I actually almost enjoy my visits!
A really nice welcoming staff from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. The hygienist was wonderful, kind and very good. The dentist was amazing and the receptionist was so friendly. I am really happy I went back to progressive dental.!
The staff had a cancelation and fit me in. They were courteous and professional and I'm always anxious! Most of all my hygienist was an expert. The only painful part of the experience were my bad jokes.
Great job always, I am super satisfied with every visit. Great patient follow-up too. Not going anywhere for dental work!
