Before being a patient at Progressive, I was a patient at another office in the area. That office canceled and asked me to reschedule multiple appointments. I’ve had three appointments in two months at Progressive, no problem. At the other office, I’d wait for 30+ mins to be seen by the dentist after a routine cleaning. I arrived early and was called in promptly. Very clear verbal communication, and expert practice. Efficient, professional, and friendly atmosphere. Enjoyable dentist visit!
First visit with this office - Very impressed. Friendly front desk, knowledgeable hygienist and Dr. Hall was great. Will be recommending my family come to this office!
All comes down to the staff. Current team seems really good. Had one bad experience here but that person is gone. Hygienists are very, very good and the dentists have been good as well. I hadn’t taken good care of my teeth for a long time and they were great. We made a plan and now I actually almost enjoy my visits!
A really nice welcoming staff from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. The hygienist was wonderful, kind and very good. The dentist was amazing and the receptionist was so friendly. I am really happy I went back to progressive dental.!
