The level of care and service at Royal Centre Dental Group is beyond excellent. I'm impressed with the level of professionalism and service from the admin staff, the hygienists, and Dr. Bernhauser. I've been going regularly (every 6 months!) for the past 5 years and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
My dentist moved away from downtown, and so I looked for another (female) dentist. I chose Dr. Noa Albanese. I was taken aback at the need for a deposit for the first appointment, and that they would require full payment for the service but would submit the claim to extended health on my behalf. I found this very strange. 5 ⭐️ Now I enjoy going to the dentist 🦷!! Excellent customer service, super professional and attentive staff. Dr Noa is really lovely and highly skilled, super informative. She performed my wisdom tooth extraction, in a gently manner, and was very kind and chatty. The ladies at front desk are really nice, specially Christine :)
The staff here are amazing! Always super friendly and tentative, it feels like they really care. Makes trips to the dentist way more enjoyable
Every one i encountered at the Dental office is super nice and friendly. The doctors explain everything very clearly. Definitely a highly recommend!
