Dr B is always readily available and my appointments start/end on time. He does follow up calls to check up on me every time. Super convenient location for people who work/live downtown. The staff are friendly / helpful / overall amazing. I'm terrified of dentists, but these guys make me feel really comfortable and calm. I'm slowly converting all my friends and colleagues to come here.
Well equipped facility, great dentists and staff. I need to get some restorative work done and it's pretty convenient to be able to take just an hour off work for my appointments since they're located downtown right next to Burrard station.
I have been with both Dr Phillips & Dr Bernhauser since I went to Royal Centre Dental Group years ago. I began with Dr Phillips while I went there on weekdays, but changed to Saturday appointments later for convenience. From then on I have been with Dr Bernhauser. Both dentists are very professional and attentive to patients’ needs. No doubt that my dental experience with them is excellent. Highly recommend.
I had a dental emergency on a Sunday night and I am from out of town, not only did an on call Dr call me back, they got in the next day in their first opening. They resolved the problem enough that I can hopefully make it home to my dentist to have the big work done.
