Convenient downtown location and friendly staff
Everything is great, but today on my visit I did have a terrible experience from one of the Customer service/Administrative assistant at the frontline. The Representative who was processing my insurance was great, but one of the representatives sitting qt the back, whose behavior was a little uncomfortable for me. I felt being a victim of racism there, as she was laughing out so loud when my Administrative Associate mentioned that "we have to make sure the insurance company gives preapproval for the next appointments cost". ... read more

After having moved to the Royal Centre Dental Group my experience has been excellent. Everyone I have had contact with has been efficient and professional..Dr Bernhauser took care of a filling for me last month and Melinda attended to my teeth with a scaling and polishing today. She is a real pro! Dr Bernhause is everything you want in a dentist! This dental group has been a breath of fresh air and to say that I am totally satisfied would be an understatement.
