Great staff always very friendly made me feel at ease and they took all the safety procedures need. I felt very safe.
Nice, friendly staff and willing to help to change appointments if required. In a good location downtown and close to the skytrain if you need to travel to get there. They also sometimes give you gifts when you leave such as toothbrushes, etc.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bernhauser for about 5 years now and unfortunately lost my job and dental insurance along with it nearly a year ago. I’ve been working with Ryan for a couple of years to refine my smile using Invisalign and despite my stubborn teeth, he has continued to tirelessly work to get it right. When I went in today, he’d taken note that I hadn’t been in for a cleaning for a while and suggested he would like to offer me a complimentary check in because he wanted my gums to remain healthy. Really impressed, travelling from England and I managed to spectacularly break a tooth. Phoned up 9am on a Monday, was in the chair with Dr Phillips 45 minutes later for damage control and smoothing, follow up appointment the next day to fill in the hole and make good. Very very reassuring, everyone was so kind and helpful to a patient 7500km from home.
