I think the clinic is overpriced. They charged me extra $10 at each visit only to get my temperature. I didn't like it. However, the staff are good and the clinic is very clean.

Thank you for your kind words in regards to our staffing and standards., In regards to being overpriced, most of our services follow the BC fee guide which does not cover the Covid protocols that now require patient screening, a full time sterilization assistant, isolation gowns and KN95 masks. Instead of raising our fees we charge $10. As soon as the added protocols drop, the fee will also disappear.
It, as always, was an enjoyable experience. Dr. Phillips is a first rate technician and a first rate person making for an enjoyable and effective visit. I feel the same with Jennifer my hygienist, not only is my cleaning experience done exceptionally well I throughly enjoy our visit and have done so for 13 years.
Continued to provide good service after many years.

The dentist was sooo nice!! Loved her, made my appointment a little less boring than normal 😅 She was sweet and talkative but at the right times! Didn’t ask me questions when my mouth was full like most dentists lol
