used Invisalign and it takes some work to remember to wear all the time but it's totally worth it. Dr Mark gave me great results and it was totally worth it. Got a bit frustrated during treatment with school, work and having to wear aligners but he's your man if you want a beautiful smile!
fabulous treatment, great staff...my two kids really enjoyed their visits and had great results. they didn't really like wearing elastics but that's part of the process. sent our cousins to dr rykiss and they are very happy and achieving beautiful results

Wonderful, cheerful Dr with a great sense of humor. Explained treatments and options in detail to both of my daughters and to me. Everything worked out great. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Whenever an urgent problem popped up, we were squeezed in asap. Thank-you for a job well done!
My 9 year old son is seeing Dr. Mark for early treatment and loves going to his appointments. There are video games and a slurpee machine that contribute to a child friendly environment. Dr. Mark treats my son as a person and treats me with respect. I never have a problem getting a short notice appointment for issues with the appliances. All staff have been personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Mark's wife Barb is a sweetheart and always has time to stop and chat.
My first experiences with Dr Rykiss & his staff were great. I had to wait until my early 20's to get braces because my parents could not afford them. He did save me having to remove my wisdom teeth (which saved a lot of time & money). However, in the 5 years I went to his clinics, his practice doubled and he would maybe spend 3 minutes checking in and his assistants did all the actual work! I'm 22 and decided it was time for braces. I understand my family couldn't possibly afford it growing up so I paid for myself. Dr. Rykiss took into consideration I'm a student and worked out a great payment plan zero interest. VERY friendly, laid back and professional. Staff is great too. They're not hard up about missed payments (I am a student after all) just don't let get too behind.. very flexible. Highly recommend!
The best ortho Dr in Manitoba by a long shot. Went to him to have braces put on for a second time and he did a fantastic job. I am a dental professional and know what I am talking about. I constantly see screwed up ortho cases but never with Marks work. Highly recommend this dude
I had braces four years (Wear your elastics!). I thought they were the coolest thing thanks to Dr. Rykiss and his girls. They were really great and kid-friendly. The only thing that distracted me was his chest hair. The guy needs a wax or to button up that shirt a little more. Enjoyed the experience! It's been twelve years since I had my braces and my teeth had not shifted a bit. Thanks Dr. Mark!
