He completely screwed up my teeth
This office has been lying to us since August about our daughter's/stepdaughter's preauthorization for orthodontic care. When we approached this office upon finding out about the lie, there was no apology given. Unfortunately, we are stuck using this office for our daughter because her mother is related, and getting a deal. Otherwise, we would absolutely be finding a more professional office, that doesn't play favourites with family. Sorry! Had to tell the truth! and I'm one that doesn't complain often!! lol
