My son had his braces put on today and the appointment was seamless! Suzy had everything ready to go for us at the front desk (administrative and contract wise). She is so pleasant and sweet. Alex prepped my son then worked flawlessly on him with Dr. Mark in tandem. It was amazing to watch their knowledge and expertise at work. (Things sure have changed when I got braces 30 years ago!) The front desk beauties are really awesome, theyre so warm to clients and the technicians as well they know their job. Not to forget the legend, Dr Mark Rykiss! I could nver forget the day i came late, he was flying to Toronto , the front desk lady let him know if he would accomm me and he did! Hooo! Dr Mark is my bff! My hero! 😜
It was our first visit today via referral. I am incredibly pleased with all the staff, they’re so welcoming, friendly but most of all informational, as well as professional, which is huge for me as a mother. Thank you all for the incredible experience. Keep up the awesome work ☺️
