Dr.Jared And Dr Mark Rykiss are both accommodating,knowledgeable and always takes time to interact with their patients my son always happy to go back because of the ambience .Highly recommend Rykiss for all your orthodontic needs
We were there last week and Dr Mark was personable and seemed to be knowledgeable about his patients that were in office. He remembered small facts about each child and that was impressive. His Assistants in the back were great as was the one older lady up front. Meg looked after us in the back and she was amazing, timely, and offered excellent answers to all of our questions. She put my son at ease as he was very nervous. My one complaint was the front desk girl Susy. While she appeared to be "helpful" she actually comes ac... read more
Dr Jared makes time for you when he can. He does try to accommodate as much as possible. Dental assistants working on you are all great. Front staff are awful. Not friendly in the least.
Very little interpersonal communication. Left me, his patient, feeling as though I wasn't important. Very materialistic. Time is money. He will be very co siderate and friendly to you until you actually become a patient. Once you sign on the dotted line he has no more time for you. If you have questions.. he will answer them.. but you are left feeling like you're a burden for taking up his time. The staff at the front desk are honestly the worst. One lady in particular (long brown hair and wears clear braces) is condescendi... read more

Dr. Jared was always very nice to me and really cheerful guy. They know you're in pain because of the braces but they try make it better.
Dr. Mark is very knowledgeable and professional! I had lots of questions but he patiently answered all of them without a sign of rushing! He explained everything detailed by detailed, and he went above and beyond to satisfy a mom's wants for a daughter's beautiful teeth. I would highly recommend Dr. Mark and would have my younger daughter have her braces with him as well.
