Very professional service! The staff are kind and helpful.
Dr. Johana Nieto and Dr. Paula Sugajara are excellent are excellent and competent professionals in their field. When I sought advice for a missing tooth, Dr, Nieto gave me helpful information about up-to-date procedures. Dr. Sugajara, a Prosthodontist, did outstanding restorative surgery on my upper molar and implant. I am fortunate to be a patient at this practice where the staff is also very helpful.
Ushered right in without waiting — that’s always a plus. Work was very professional with a running narrative letting me know what was going to happen. That was very helpful as there was a number of things in my mouth at the same time and not able to provide verbal feedback at any given time.
I’ve been going to West Broad Dental since I moved to Virginia in 2010. They’re great, and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

The doctor was taking time and very details. Staffs are friendly. I don’t have to wait long even I arrived 20min earlier.
