I was very satisfied with the entire visit
Everyone I met was friendly and compassionate in meeting my needs. The environment was restful as well as beautiful. A pleasure to be there.
The staff is exceptional. This was a very emotional experience for me and everyone was as nice and comforting as they could be.
I was very satisfied with the entire office visit and service. The environment(office) was beautifully decorated, the restroom was clean, the ladies were warm and seemed caring. The dentist was attentive and unrushed
Saw the doctor maybe 30 minutes after scheduled time however, he spent quality time with me explaining things. I can understand that when you spend time with each patient, the wait time backs up so I had no problem with the wait.
I was very comfortable immediately. My wife had talked with Christy on the phone and she was as warm and pleasant as I had expected. The ladies up front made us feel very welcome and Dr. McFatter is extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented. It was a good visit.
You and the entire staff are wonderful..
At this time I am unhappy with my new teeth they do not fit right, they hurt and I cannot talk with them properly and never had this issue with my other ones. The staff was excellent. I am bringing the teeth back on Thursday
Christy is a sweetheart. She was great on the phone and in person. The entire staff was pleasant.
